What changed
AddedThe Privacy page now renders clean Romanian and English content without mojibake symbols.
ChangedActive app, component, and public data text surfaces were checked for common mojibake sequences.
FixedOld loading and menu artifacts that could appear incorrectly during navigation were removed.
This is a documentation and public presentation quality fix. It does not change QEVARO's status: the project remains pre-release and is not publicly launched.
