1. Definitions

• Petrutban Technologies is the name under which projects, documentation and technical updates are published.
• QEVARO is an AI-assistant project in pre-release development.
• Content includes text, graphics, interfaces, documentation, code, files, demos and other materials made available through the Service.

2. Service purpose and release status

• The public website is primarily an information, documentation, status and project-update surface.
• QEVARO remains pre-release unless an official release record states otherwise.
• Access conditions, usage limits and pricing are published separately for each project and may change as projects evolve.

3. Eligibility and minors

Use the Service only where you are legally permitted to do so. If applicable law requires permission from a parent, guardian or another responsible adult, obtain that permission before using a feature that requires it.

4. Accounts, contact and communications

Do not submit false identity or contact information. Public contact channels are for legitimate project, technical, media or support communication and may be rate-limited or disabled when necessary.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, bypass safeguards, probe credentials or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, deceptive content, unlawful material or automated abuse.

Unless a specific license states otherwise, Petrutban Technologies content, branding, interface assets and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. QEVARO and AI outputs

• AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or context-sensitive and should be independently verified where accuracy matters.
• Do not rely on pre-release AI output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other consequential decisions.
• Public documentation does not constitute a promise that every described capability is currently available.

Processing associated with the public website is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & storage details. Optional Google Analytics remains disabled until the visitor gives consent. Project-specific services may require separate disclosures before they become available.

10. Availability, changes and interruptions
